The question is, do we want joy to be leading the way, or are heavier emotions like fear, shame, sadness, guilt or anger quietly running the show without us even realising?
Many of us don’t realise these emotions are quietly shaping the way we live, love and lead.
Starting on Tuesday 16th September, 7pm for five weeks in my Emotional Intelligence Academy Essentials group container, we’ll be unpacking each of these emotions together: why they rise, how they live in your body, what happens in your relationships if they aren’t regulated, and how to meet them with awareness and compassion instead.
